Project Execution – Cybermission’s Pipeline
In our previous blog, we introduced the Cybermission Project Pipeline and detailed the first stage, which involved preparing for the project’s execution. With the planning and agreements in place, the next step is to begin the actual work on the project. The second stage involves taking the project from design to a ready-to-launch state. This stage consists of six steps:
Step 1: UI/UX Design
We begin by crafting the UI/UX designs, alongside technical specifications that will guide development. The deliverables at this stage include design mockups that visualize the project.
Step 2: Development Phase
With designs in place, we move into coding and development, building the project according to the specifications. The result is the fully developed project.
Step 3: Internal Testing & Quality Assurance
Once the project is developed, we conduct rigorous internal testing to ensure it meets our quality standards and is free of critical bugs. This step produces test cases, a bug report, and a quality assurance report.
Step 4: Training & Documentation
To ensure smooth handover, we provide the client’s team with training on how to use and maintain the system. This step also involves creating user manuals, conducting training sessions, and providing maintenance guides.
Step 5: Client Review & UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Next, we deliver a functional version of the project to the client for review and testing, gathering their feedback to make final adjustments. The deliverables include UAT feedback and a list of any final tweaks required.
Step 6: Final Adjustments & Bug Fixes
In this final step, we address the client’s feedback, fixing any remaining issues identified during UAT. The result is an updated, bug-free system, ready for launch.
After completing these steps, the project is ready for launch, which we will discuss in the final blog of this series.
