Project Launch & Support – Cybermission’s Pipeline
Having completed the first two stages of our Project Pipeline—planning (Blog 1) and execution (Blog 2)—we are now ready for the final stage: launching the project and going live. This stage involves three key steps:
Step 1: Deployment & Go-Live
We begin by deploying the final product to the production environment, making sure it is accessible and fully functional for end-users. The deliverables for this step include the live system and a detailed deployment report.
Step 2: Post-Go-Live Support & Maintenance
Once live, we provide ongoing support to monitor system performance, implement necessary updates, and resolve any bugs that may arise. This stage produces support logs, system updates, and maintenance reports to ensure the system remains robust.
Step 3: Project Closure
Finally, we wrap up by reviewing the project, gathering feedback from the client, and formally closing the project. The final deliverables are a project closure report and results from a client satisfaction survey.
By following these steps, along with those in the previous stages, we ensure that our clients receive successful projects that meet their needs and expectations. These stages and steps are designed to guarantee project success, benefiting both our clients and us by building a strong portfolio and a solid reputation, which we proudly enjoy.
